It was certainly the best time to be in England. All the gardens looked great. Lavenders and Hydrangea's were peak.The National Gardens Scheme is a inspired program. Wish I could have seen even more. Was able to do 2 private gardens and 1 large most days. This garden tour was with the American Ivy Society. Dirk and Inger, the hosts planed a perfect tour of the gardens.
Enjoy the multitude of garden pics. I took photos of everything from flowers to compost piles. A couple places are so big they have their own galleries so look for the See more links. And as time permits will add national galleries covering vegetable gardens and flower data base, from many places not just England.So check back often for updates.
